Each Fish Catch Is One Random Event
New York State’s Play Responsibly page says the outcome of a machine game is determined by chance only. It adds that no play method or pattern affects whether a game wins, and that machines do not adjust to a streak to become “due”.
The UK Gambling Commission’s RTS 7 asks for results that are “acceptably random” and bars adaptive behaviour, meaning interventions that change the probabilities during play. GLI-11 says RNG outcomes are independent of previously produced outcomes, except where the game design specifies otherwise.

Fish hunting is a pace game, and pace sets the bill. Work the numbers before you fire:

- Divide by the cost of one shot: ₱500 at ₱5 a shot is 100 shots.
- Divide by your pace: 100 shots at 30 a minute is a little over 3 minutes.
- Check spend per minute: 30 shots times ₱5 is ₱150 a minute.
