Setting limits before you play
- Decide a weekly amount you can lose without missing a bill, and write it down.
- Set a session length and stop when it ends, win or lose.
- Use a loss limit you fix in advance and the deposit limits in the account you hold.
- Never borrow to play, and never chase a loss with a bigger bet.
PAGCOR exclusion programmes
PAGCOR’s own responsible gaming page, read on 11 October 2026, describes two programmes. Self Exclusion lets a player bar themselves for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, and the first six months cannot be revoked. Family Exclusion lets a spouse, child or parent apply for 6 months, 1 year or 3 years.
The same page lists a government-issued photo ID and two 2x2 colour photos taken within the last six months among the requirements, and accepts applications by e-mail at ResponsibleGaming@pagcor.ph. It says the exclusion applies across all sites licensed and operated by PAGCOR.
Help lines
PAGCOR’s announcement of 26 May describes a 24/7 National Problem Gambling Helpline at 02-8248-9568, run with the Seagulls Flock Organization, connecting callers to trained counsellors. For a mental health crisis, the Department of Health’s regional office page lists the NCMH Crisis Hotline at 0917 899 8726 and 0966 351 4518.
Signs it is time to stop
- You play longer or bet more than you planned, more than once.
- You hide play or spending from family.
- You feel restless or irritable when you are not playing.
- You borrow, sell things or skip bills to keep playing.
