Published feesOn Maya’s cash-in page, the partner route is described as free to PHP 8,000 monthly combined, after which the excess costs 2 per cent. Less weight belongs on this figure than on the GCash schedule above: it is from Maya’s own site, but no second fetch was made during verification.

Maya states these as MONTHLY wallet limits. What GCash calls its ceiling is the balance held at any given time. It does not make sense to set these two numbers against one another; they measure different quantities, whatever the presentation suggests.

What you see here is a 2026-09 reading and may have moved since. Without notice, payment providers revise limits and fees, which makes the provider’s own page the one current source.

Verification tiers

  • Basic — PHP 50,000 is the monthly ceiling on the wallet, and PHP 50,000 is the daily ceiling on purchases. Both bank transfers over InstaPay and transfers to other Maya users are unavailable on this tier
  • Upgraded — This step asks for three things: a video selfie, valid ID and verified address. Wallet use is limited to PHP 100,000 each month and purchases to PHP 100,000 each day, while a Maya-to-Maya send is capped at PHP 20,000 per transaction and PHP 100,000 per day, and InstaPay out at PHP 50,000 per day and PHP 100,000 per month
  • Super Users — Wallet limit per month: PHP 500,000; daily limit on purchases and on sending: PHP 500,000. There is no published rule from Maya on what earns an account this tier
  • Ultimate Users — Each month the wallet can handle up to PHP 5,000,000, and each day purchases and sends may each reach PHP 5,000,000. There is no published rule from Maya on what earns an account this tier

The published ceiling of Limits climb with each tier: PHP 50,000 at Basic, PHP 100,000 per month at Upgraded, PHP 500,000 for Super Users, PHP 5,000,000 for Ultimate Users applies to the tier stated above, not to every account.

How fast money actually moves

Maya settles real-time settlement applies to wallet-to-wallet and InstaPay transfers; PESONet settles the same banking day. It describes the rail rather than the casino; an operator may hold a withdrawal for its own review before Maya sees it, and that review is usually the source of waiting time.

A per-transaction cap of Upgraded users can send PHP 20,000 per transaction to another Maya user, and can push PHP 50,000 per day outward through InstaPay applies, which is why a larger transfer sometimes has to be split.

What Maya says about gambling transactions

Reading Maya’s e-wallet terms and conditions at the source shows general prohibitions on illegal activity and anti-money-laundering breaches, and no clause about gambling. It is the CREDIT CARD terms, covering a separate product, that list ‘illegal gambling or unauthorized game of chance’ as restricted, naming suspension or cancellation of the card as what follows. BSP Memorandum M-2025-029 covered Maya along with others in August 2025, and the in-app gambling and gaming links were removed to comply. Telling the products apart is important, since a rule in the credit card contract is not a rule on the wallet.

Checking a casino cashier for Maya

  1. Sign in to the casino account you hold and open the deposit screen.
  2. Look for Maya by name in the list of methods; if it is missing there, that account does not offer it.
  3. Make sure the name on your Maya account and the name on your casino profile match exactly.
  4. Before confirming, read the minimum, maximum and any Maya fee the cashier prints next to the method.

Maya’s own rules are above; whether a given casino takes Maya is a question only its cashier answers.
